Some airports have made deals with ride sharing services that allow them to pick up passengers directly at the airport. But other airports still make this illegal, which means that you'll have to get picked up covertly and risk having delays if you get caught doing it. Even airports that have legal ride-sharing services may usher these vehicles into a specific pickup spot at the airport, so make sure this is convenient to your baggage claim area; otherwise, an airport taxi service may be the best way to go.
