Learning About Transportation

Hello, my name is Christine Baker. Welcome to my site about transportation. In my city, the streets and highways are always packed full of cars, day and night. The high traffic levels have pushed city developers to consider new ways to transport large amounts of people to and from the city center. The solution they found was to build a light rail across a large portion of the land. Other cities have subways that provide the same benefits. I will use this site to explore transportation options utilized throughout the world. Please visit my site daily to see what’s new. Thanks.

2 Creative Ways To Enhance Your Camping Experience

Jeffery Spencer

Do you plan on going camping within the next few weeks? While you may already enjoy spending the time outdoors with your loved ones, there are several ways for you to enhance the experience even further. You can maximize your comfort and have a great time while exploring nature.

1. Use a Cargo Trailer Instead of a Tent

Have you ever felt uncomfortable trying to sleep in a tent? You may have a hard time falling asleep because you are a bit worried about wild animals getting into the tent at night. You can eliminate that fear and keep yourself protected from the elements by using a cargo trailer as a camper instead. If you do not have the money to buy one of the RV trailers, a cargo trailer is a much more affordable alternative.

You can sleep more comfortably at night because you will have more protection than you would if you were just using a tent. It is easy to fit twin or full-size mattresses inside of the trailer, so you no longer have to sleep on thick comforter blankets or air mattresses when you are trying to get rest. You can also fit other accessories inside the trailer. Some of those useful accessories include:

  • Small dining table
  • Portable stove
  • Folding chairs

Now you can sit down at a table with the family after preparing delicious meals on a campfire or stove without worrying about flies and other insects getting on the foods. While you can still spend plenty of time outdoors, it is convenient to have a trailer to use when you feel like resting or cooling down inside. The next time you decide to go camping, you can simply attach the cargo trailer to your vehicle and take it with you.

2. Create Your Own Natural Bug Repellent

No matter where you choose to go camping, there is a chance that different insects will fly around and possibly even bite you. If you would like to repel those annoying insects, such as mosquitoes, you can do so naturally by creating a moisturizer containing a blend of essential oils. You will need:

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 10 drops citronella oil
  • 12 drops tea tree oil

Mix the ingredients together and place them into a plastic squirt container. Apply a generous amount of the natural body moisturizer to your skin each day while camping to naturally repel those mosquitoes from coming anywhere near you. You can keep your skin feeling soft and looking its best while keeping those pesky insects away because they cannot stand the citronella scent.

You may love the idea of camping, but do not necessarily love getting bit by mosquitoes or sleeping in a tent. Now you can maximize your comfort and enhance your camping experience by sleeping on a mattress in a cargo trailer and using a natural body moisturizer that repels mosquitoes.
